A former chair of the BPF Party and public person could not leave for the Czech Republic.
Franak Vyachorka posted on a social networking site yesterday Vintsuk Vyachorka and his daughter Ruzhana, 14, were stopped on the border in Brest yesterday evening.
Vyachorka checked some days ago that he was not on the list of travel banned, but border guards said he could not cross the border.
