The criminal prosecution against three Belarusian Popular Front members has been terminated, European Radio for Belarus reports, quoting one of the activists Maksim Hubarevich.
The case has been closed due to lack of elements of an offence, says an official letter by Minsk Tsentralny District Police Department.
Maksim Hubarevich, Siarhei Semianiuk and Ales Kalita faced charges of using violence against a security guard of the office building where the party’s central office was located in the summer of 2011.
