Homel resident Ihar Sluchak has lodged another complaint with the Supreme Court Chairman Valiantsin Sukala, urging him to review the administrative arrest for alleged disorderly conduct in late August 2011.
“Considering the fact that your deputy has in my opinion carried out a cursory investigation into my appeal, and considering its volume, complexity and confusion in evidence, I am asking you to review the appeal, with due scrutiny and justice”, says Ihar Sluchak in his complaint.
