On 21 February, Navapolatsk activist Dzmitry Ryzhychenka, suspected of inscribing opposition graffiti back in 2010, was interrogated by local police.
During the interrogation, the investigator presented a USB flash drive with terrorism instructions reportedly seized during a search at his apartment. However, the flash drive was not mentioned in the search report, and Dzmitry Ryzhychenka claims he has nothing to do with the files.
Following the interrogation, the activist lodged an appeal against unlawful actions by local police.
