Builder Aliaksei Paulouski dismissed from work

On 9 February the labor
contract of Aliaksei Paulouski with the building organization “Pramzhylbud”
expired. The administration of the organization decided not to extend it. Being
a member of the independent trade union, Aliaksei struggled for the improvement
of the work conditions and the rights of workers, including the earlier
retirement from work due to the harmful work conditions.
“I am not distracted, as it is not the first time I am left without a job. I
was dismissed “on agreement of the sides”, as it is written in my work record. However,
even before my dismissal I applied to the presidential administration, asking
to dismiss me because of disagreement with violations of labor legislation,”
says Mr. Paulouski.
The activist worked at “Pramzhylbud” for a year and had no admonitions.
