Human rights defender Valiantsin Stefanovich
The civil charges brought against Viasna deputy chair Valiantsin Stefanovich for alleged tax violations will be heard by Minsk Partyzanski District Court on 2 December.
The human rights defender is facing a fine of BYR 41 mln for incomplete taxpaying.
Apart from that, on 23 November Partyzanski District Court will consider Mr. Stefanovich’s complaint against a fine imposed by the district’s tax inspection.
