Pavel Seviarynets, received a refusal to her personal guarantee for Ales
Bialiatski. Similar answers were received by tens of other citizens who signed
personal guarantees for him as well.
In these answers, investigator of the Financial Investigations Department of
the State Control Committee in Minsk and Minsk region Kasynkina
states that the petitions cannot be granted because the restraint chosen for
Bialiatski is keeping in custody and there are no reasons for changing the
restraint.
