A 19-year-old Siarhej Biaspalau has been just warned so far.
The youngster was summoned to the city police department of Minsk on July 28. He signed a document confirming that he had been warned about criminal responsibility for participation in the "silent actions".
Siarhej Biaspalau: "They called me and
ordered to arrive within half an hour or they would come to me. They
forced me to sign some explanation note, that I had been warned about
criminal responsibility for participation in non-sanctioned
demonstrations and rallies".
Before this, some people called the youngster from unknown mobile
numbers and promised that he would have problems if he attended silent
protest actions further on.
