Certification commissions will access lawyers’ work.
BelaPAN informs that participation in the legal education of the
population and legal assistance to countrymen and inhabitants of
agricultural towns will be taken into account during the certification.
Layers’ incentives, penalties and facts of violation of the current
legislation will also be taken into account.
Let us remind
you that the Ministry of Justice disbarred four Minsk lawyers in
February – Aleh Ahayeu, Tatstsyana Ahayeva, Uladzimir Toustsik and
Tamara Harayeva. All of them defended people named in “the case of
December 19”.
Lawyer Pavel Sapelka was disbarred on March 3.
