Babruisk activists of the United Civic Party were not allowed holding a picket marking the 25th anniversary of Chernobyl disaster, says local UCP leader Viktar Buzinayeu.
According to Mr. Buzinayeu, the picket was banned since its applicants allegedly belong to unregistered organizations. “This is not true!” - says the activist.
He also said local opposition forces are going to appeal the ban.
