Aleh Hnedchyk has been charged under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (“mass riot”), human rights defenders report.
Mr. Hnedchyk has also been arrested and is currently in custody in Minsk detention center in Valadarski Street.
In early January, Aleh Hnedchyk was interrogated by the KGB as a suspect in the mass riot case and was imprisoned for 3 days.
