Andrei Sannikau officially accused today

The politician, who is kept in custody in the KGB detention center, is accused of organization of mass riots, accompanied by violence against person, massacres, property demolishing and armed resistance to the authorities' representatives (Part 1 Article 293 of the Criminal Code).

Investigation of Sannikau's case is moving to the end. He will be provided the right to study the investigation materials, and then the case will be transferred to the public prosecutor's office of Minsk to define the court jurisdiction.
