Anatol Paplauny, human rights defender from Homel
On 12 December morning a human rights activist from Homel Anatol
Paplauny has been summoned to the KGB administration for an interrogation.
At first he received an invitation over teh phone, but demanded to be issued with an official writ. The KGB
representative, who introduced himself as Major Marynich, promised to deliver
the writ within a day. The writ for 12 a.m. on 13 January has been delivered to
Paplauny's working place. The human rights activist has been summoned for an
interrogation, but it is unknown with regard to what case.
