According to Orsha independent observers, unknown policeman together with another person presented as “supervisor” applied for “guarding” the ballot box at local polling station # 13 and were eventually granted permission by the election commission chair.
Observers have been unable to identify what organization or authority the “supervisor” represents and why he was allowed to be at the polling station after the end of working hours.
