Homel HR activist demands warning for Lukashenka’s campaign team

Homel human rights activist Anatol Paplauny has lodged a complaint with the Central Election Commission, demanding to issue a warning to the initiative group of Aliaksandr Lukashenka for alleged violations of the election legislation. The activist argues that the administration of local ‘Vitra’ state-owned enterprise arranged canvassing for signatures on its premises by member of the campaign team Viktorya Siomina. Mr. Paplauny believes this is a violation of Article 61 of the Electoral Code.
