Barysau: lists of precincts published in limited circulation

The latest edition of the Adzinstva, the newspaper of the Barysau district executive committee, contains decision #213 of the executive committee On establishment of precincts for the elections to the local Soviets of deputies of the 26th Convocation, adopted on 22 February.

According to this decision, 112 precincts were established on the territory of the Barysau district. The document contains the addresses of the precincts and numbers of the dwelling houses that belong to different precincts.

It is quite significant that this decision of the executive committee, as most of those that concern the organization of the elections, was published in the Saturday edition of the newspaper though it had been taken on Monday. Saturday editions differ from the Wednesday ones in that they don’t have an advertisement supplement, are distributed by subscription and have a limited circulation – 5 816 copies, whereas there are a more than 140,000 electors in the Barysau district.
