The leader of the United Civil Party was searched at Kamenny Loh border checkpoint.
As the website ucpb.org reports, the politicians made a working visit to Lithuania.
‘My car and personal things were searched again’, Anatol Liabedzka said. “There are many talks about the so called liberalization, but in fact, there are no visible changes. If the Belarusian authorities want to break my working schedule in such a way, it’s not the best attempt. The Lithuanian border guards understand the absurdness of the situation and allow me to jump the queue’.
It should be noted that representatives of the Belarusian opposition often have to undergo personal searches by Belarusian border guards.
