Today Baranavichy court tried activists of the unregistered organization Young Front – Zmitser Fedaruk and Tatsiana Bulanava.
Zmitser received fines under two articles of the Administrative Code. Judge Zhanna Kapacheuskaya found him guilty of disorderly conduct (Article 17.1) and participation in an unauthorized event (23.34). The activist received fines of 2 and 20 basic units, correspondingly.
Tatsiana Bulanava was fined 2 basic units for alleged disorderly conduct. Another report on her had been drawn up with violations of procedure so the judge sent it for revision. The trials were held in the absence of the activists who previously had requested the hearing in their absence.
