On 15 June in Vitsebsk the public activist Krystsina Shatsikava was fined 651 000 rubles (about 320 US dollars). As HRC Viasna learned, Pershamaiski court of Vitsebsk found her guilty under two articles of the Administrative Code – disobedience to legal demands of the police and unauthorized picketing. The verdict has been issued by judge Valiantsina Kismiaroshkina.
