Pinsk: Activist of For Freedom! Movement Threatened with Criminal Case
According to Aliaksandr Milinkevich’s press-service
The activist of For Freedom! Movement Aliaksandr Ramanovich has been summonsed to Pinsk district prosecutor’s office for an interrogation. There he was asked who the author of the leaflets about repressions in Pinsk was.
A month ago in Pinsk there appeared leaflets with names and surnames of the repressed activist of Pinsk region and the officials who had relation to the repressions. The surnames of Pinsk city police department, the chair of Pinsk city executive committee and Pinsk district prosecutor’s office are among them.
‘I was summonsed to the prosecutor’s office for an interrogation as witness. The workers of the prosecutor’s office refused to explain on which case I was summonsed, but emphasized that soon a criminal case on the informational leaflets about repressions in Pinsk could be brought,’ said Aliaksandr Ramanovich. ‘Then they showed to me a leaflet where I was mentioned among the repressed and asked who made it. I refused to give any explanations.’
