On 11 June the administrative commission of Leninski executive committee of Mahiliou fined 155 000 rubles the youth activist Tatsiana Bulanava for alleged violation of the sanitation rules. The matter is that at night of 16-17 April Maksim Azarau and Tatsiana Bulanava were detained by the police, who charged them with distribution of leaflets ‘Freedom to Dashkevich!’.
Tatsiana Bulanava disagrees with the verdict and will appeal it. ‘At the sitting there were no testimonies that I did something. Everything was fabricated. It seems to me they simply wanted to fine me and they did it,’ commented Bulanava.
