Hrodna: Journalist Called to KGB over the Phone

On 8 June Siarhei Mialeshka, a correspondent of Tovarishch weekly, founded by the Party of Communists of Belarus, was invited ‘for a talk’ to Hrodna regional KGB office. The man who called introduced himself as the senior lieutenant of KGB Aleh Kryvushka. The journalist refused to come to KGB without official summons. The KGB officer promised to phone him once again in response.
