As said by the lawyer Katsiaryna Dudko who gave legal aid to Andrei Klimau when he was presented charges, during this procedure her client behaved calmly and stated he refused to give any testimonies and cooperate with the investigation.
Bear in mind that the former deputy Andrei Klimau was detained on 3 April on charges in calls to armed overturn of the state power.
The investigator of Minsk city prosecutor’s office Aliaksandr Hadun said nothing about the conditions in which Andrei Klimau is kept. The duty policeman refused to do it as well.
