On March 23 BPF leader Vincuk Viacorka and civic activist Viachaslau Siuchyk were to be tried on the charge of disorderly conduct. However, the trial over Viacorka was postponed to April 4, because he had a sick leave. The trial over Siuchyk was also to take place today. Siuchyk was late 20 minutes, and the judge decided to postpone his trial to April as well.
On March 13 the police charged Viacorka with disorderly conduct claiming he used foul language in public. Viachaslau Siuchyk is also charged with disorderly conduct. They both were detained on March 13 and spent 1 night in the detention center.
