Vitsebsk: Court of Appeal Leaves in Force Verdict in Vitebskiy Kurier M Case

This decision of Vitsebsk regional court of appeal enforces the ruling of Vitsebsk city economic court according to which the agreement for office rent between the Elsan enterprise and the editorial office of the Vitebskiy kurier M newspaper is declared invalid. Thus, the editorial board will have to leave the office 10 days after receiving the motivation part of the court ruling. Now the director of the closed company Publishing house Vitebskiy kurier Zhana Papova intends to appeal the verdict to the Supreme Economic Court.

We should remind that on 10 January the judge of Vitsebsk regional economic court Volha Hatsila satisfied the suit of the Elsan enterprise against Vitsebski kurier M for cancellation of the rent agreement.
