According to the UCP press-service
Sample ballots were hanged out on the stands with information about candidates at polling station #92 of Mahiliou. These ballots were filled with votes for the official candidates Valiantsina Hrytsuk (running on Mahiliou city election constituency #25) and Iryna Rainchyk (Mahiliou regional election constituency #12) thus hinting the electors how to vote. Such actions are a violation of article #49 of the Election Code and are punished by article 167 part 3 of the Administrative Code. However, the chair of the election commission to whom indignant electors applied refused to remove the ballots from the stands.
