In Homel the police detained Iury Hlushakou and confiscated from him 11 000 flyers with cartoons concerning the biased elucidation of the Belarusian reality by the national TV channels. Against him there was composed report for violation of part 3 of article 172 of the Code of Administrative Violations - distribution of printed production, the content of which inflicted harm to the state and public order.
