On 9 February in Barysau the police detained the activists Anatol Aliaksandrau, Aliaksandr Charnukha, Andrei Khatskevich and Pavel Minald for distribution of stickers with the slogan “We need new one!”. The detainees were taken to Barysau City Board of Internal Affairs. There the police composed on them reports for violation of article 143.3 of the Code of Administrative Violations (anti-sanitation). In three hours the detainees were released.
