In the evening of 30 January in Barysau the police detained the activist of Zubr Maksim Apialinski. Two policemen came up to him and escorted him to Barysau City Board of Internal Affairs. There he was informed he was detained for posting fly-sheets. The policemen composed a report for this “violation” as well.
