The reason for the warning became the letter of the PCB chair Siarhei Kaliakin, chair of the electoral headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich, to all heads of executive committees. In this letter he urged the addressees the demands of the Electoral Code that provides inclusion of representatives of political parties in election commissions.
The Ministry of Justice considered this letter as interference with the activity of state organs and duty officials. PCB considers this accusation groundless and is going to apply to the Supreme Court against it.
