Pavel Madshara was detained by Chyhunachny DIA of Homel for distributing fly sheets informing of the Day of Solidarity with political prisoners on 16 December. According to the human rights activist from Homel Anatol Paplauny, they had been stalking Paval Madshar because as he was detained he was not distributing any fly sheets but simply walking in the street with a poster with fly sheets inside. All of the fly sheets were confiscated.
