At 4 p.m. in Hrodna the police detained Vital Kursa for alleged handing-out fly-sheets. He was taken to a police station, where the police inspector Melnichak confiscated from him six informational bulletins and 350 fly-sheets of the United Civil Party. The police didn’t threaten to him, but put down the places of his work and study. In 1,5 hours they let him go.
