Homel Economic Court Didn’t Satisfy Suit of Evgeniy Voskoboynikov to Homel City Executive Committee

The Russian citizen Evgeniy Voskoboynikov complains against the introduction of “Golden action” to Belarusian court. He demands to find illegal the decision of Homel City Executive Committee to give to the state the right to take part in governing Mazyr Oil-processing Factory Plus Ltd., as a result of which he, together with other shareholders, loses this right.

According to Mr. Voskoboynikov, there was no state share in the statute fund of the enterprise, that’s why the introduction of the “Golden action” by the executive committee contradicts to decree #125. Judge Fedartsou, on the basis of the same decree, decided the executive committee had the right to do it.
