Hrodna Regional Court Rejected Ivan Roman’s Complaint

Hrodna Regional Court didn’t satisfy the complaint of Hrodna activist Ivan Roman against the decision of Hrodna Leninski Borough Court to find him guilty in acting on behalf of unregistered organization for distribution of distribution of “Shabier” bulletin of an independent trade union. This case is called “trial on delation”, as it started on the written statement filed by the head of the guard of Hrodna Car Aggregates Plant. Ivan Roman doesn’t take the blame and has already complained to the Supreme Court of Belarus.
