Finally they accepted a food parcel for the Kkhmara movement activists!

Over the past few days this was the third attempt of the Human Rights Center Viasna to hand over the food parcel and sanitation items. In the morning the special detention center administration claimed the premises were under quarantine: new homeless people had been brought so nobody would be allowed to hand over food parcels. And still they accepted one.
