On 21 July at 5 p.m. Zubr activists came out into Yakub Kolas Square. The young people unfolded a slogan "Free Political Prisoners!" and also portraits of the political prisoners Mikhail Marynich, Siarhei Skrabiets, Andrei Klimau, Valiery Lievanieuski, Mikola Statkievich and Paval Sieviaryniets.

Approximately five minutes after the action started, the riot police that outnumbered the protestors attacked the young people. They brutally grabbed all of the action participants and detained nearly everyone. Some of the action participants sat down onto the pavement to protest against the illegal detention. The riot police attempted to raise them, snatched the portraits from their hands, dragged them along the ground. As a result of the action, they detained and took to Savietski BBIA Illia Bohdan,
Ian Davidovich, Darya Barabas, Uladzislau Niestser, Natallia Ushko, Aliaxandr Ushko, Aliena Kapach and Aliaxandr Kurbatski.
They drew up reports by terms of Article 167-1 of CAO against Aliaxandr Ushko and Aliaxandr Kurbatski.
"This action again emphasized the repressive nature of the current regime. An absolutely peaceful action that in no way violates the Belarusian legislation was again brutally dispersed by riot police", commented the Zubr activist Mikita Sasim.
