In the village Starae Vysokae in Schklou region collective farmers are made to vote in advance. On October 14 bread was given only to those people whose family had already voted.

While giving out bread Mrs. Smarhonava phoned to the electoral commission #78 and asked the chair of the commission (Natallia Hancharowa) whether the voter had already voted. Bread is given to the collective farmers on account of their salary.
