November 24, 10 a.m. the Supreme Court will continue the liquidation trial over the Helping Hand charity NGO.
At November 17 hearing Justice Ministry representative Kebikava added some charges to the original suit.
Now the NGO is additionally accused of keeping membership applications in inappropriate folders, failure to register the NGO emblem in the State Heraldic Registry, and failure to meet the requirements of the Ministry’s of Internal Affairs Instruction on the procedure of stamp-making.
Let us remind you, that originally the Helping Hand NGO was accused of having an office different from the legal address and failure to give information to the Justice Ministry on its request. At the last hearing the trial was postponed for two weeks because of the illness of the claimant’s representative Kebikava. In spite of her illness, on November 10-13 Mrs. Kebikava examined the Statute activities of the NGO and based her supplement to the suit on the violations she found.
Judge Zabara set the next hearing to November 24, 10 a.m.
