Cassation appeal of journalist from Bobruisk is not satisfied

Panel of judges of the Regional Court of Mahileu chaired by Pavel Klimau investigated an appeal of Maryna Malchanava and left the decision of Bobruisk Judge Natalia Charapukha unchanged.
- Pavel Klimau think that I should be punished by a fine, but I don’t think so. Once I receive the decision, I will continue to appeal - said Maryna Malchanava.
Recall on September 25 in Bobruisk court was announced court's decision, in which the independent journalist is fined 32 basic units "for the violation of Article 22.9 of Part 2 of the Administrative Code.” During the study the case, Maryna Malchanava found in the documents the paper on a similar case of journalist Ales Zaleuski. It was with the mark "for the judge" that Bobruisk journalist considered to be a pressure on the court.
