Viasna activists sincerely congratulate our colleague, member of the Board of the Human Rights Center "Viasna" Uladzimir Labkovich on the birth of twins! On October 16, Uladzimir became the father of two wonderful boys.
We wish Uladzimir and his wife Nina, who now are parents to three children, twice more energy, peace and harmony in the family, and well-being! May the children grow up healthy and become worthy citizens of a free and independent Belarus!
