On May 21, the Hlybokaye district executive committee's administrative commission considered the case of a pensioner Marian Misevich from the settlement of Padsville, Hlybokaye district. He decorated his balcony with an image of the "Chaser" coat-of-arms before Easter holidays.

A week later, the coat-of-arms was covered with red paint late at night, upon the order of the local communal utility center's director.

The architectural department of Hlybokaye district executive committee made a charge against Mr. Misevich that he "spoiled the appearance of the building by arbitrary actions". On Tuesday, the administrative commission awarded a Br 200 thousand fine to the pensioner.
