On 8 June Ryhor Hryk received a written notice that his labor contract would not be extended. The engineer of the personnel department of the car aggregates plant Ala Tkachova and the engineer of the engineer of labor organization and salaries department Volha Minich.
Though Mr. Hryk was at home on a sick leave, he was passed a written notice, signed by the director of plant, A.Yurkevich, that he would be dismissed on 30 June 2012 in conformity with Article 35, Part 2, of the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus.
Mr. Hryk is convinced that he is dismissed from the plant because of his active civil position and protect of the rights of workers.
