Brest: third registration denial to Brest city organization of “Fair World”

The Brest city organization of the Belarusian Leftist Party “Fair World” received another refusal to register the legal address of the organization in the private house which belonged to the head of the party structure, Liudmila Dzenisenka.

The reason for the first refusal was that according to presidential decree #479, issued in 2009 it was allegedly necessary to register the house as a non-residential premise (however, the decree concerns business activities and has nothing to do with political parties). The reason for the second refusal was that the house allegedly didn't correspond to fire security rules. The third refusal contains no explanations and references to legal norms at all!
