Informational book exhibitions dedicated to the upcoming elections have appeared in the libraries of Homel. Journalist Larysa Olina states that in such a way the city libraries get prepared to the parliamentary elections.

The Homelskiya Vedamastsi newspaper writes that each of such exhibitions informs the visitors about the achievements of Belarus, its people and the rules of voting. In fact, such exhibitions really work. For instance, library #8 features an exposition the most creative element of which seems to be the calendar counting the remaining days till the elections. There one can also see the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the rulings of the Central Electoral Commission, the presidential decrees concerning the elections and three photos of the CEC chair Lidziya Yarmoshyna illustrating her interviews in the state newspapers Sovetskaya Belorussiya, Narodnaya Hazeta and in the Belaruskaya Dumka magazine.

Thus, from the logics of the state media it ensues that the main achievements of Belarus are presidential decrees and the main person in L.Yarmoshyna.
