On July 19 Zinaida Mileshchanka, member of Kruhlaie District Council was not allowed to speak to Uladzimir Kanapliou, speaker of the House of Representatives. According to a Kruhlaie District Executive Committee official Maryia Halaukova, Kanapliou does not want to meet with Mileshchanka any more, because she speaks on the problematic district issues.
Zinaida Mileshchanka tried to help Kruhlaie Society of Handicapped People, who were about to go bankrupt because to the local authorities neglectful actions. However, Kanapliou was afraid that Mileshchanka would ask him about the promise to help the Society that he gave two years ago.
