On 19 September the 10-days’ arrest term of Horadnia artist, member of the coalitional democratic movement “Horadnia Choice” Zmitsier Ivanouski for participation in “Chain of People against Indifference” was over. Ivanouski kept hunger-strike during all these ten days. He doesn’t advise anybody to keep hungering in jail. He says that both policemen and prisoners are indifferent to hunger-strikers. The conditions there are terrible, the cells are overcrowded and there are no beds.
