Viktar Buzinayeu, Chairman of the United Civil Party’s Babruisk office, reported receiving a telephone invitation to a meeting to be held in the local police department.
“I am away, so I can’t get to the meeting tomorrow. I advised the police officer to bring me a summons in person, as required by law,” says Viktar Buzinayeu. “Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the policeman. He did not say what would be discussed, but stressed that it is very important for me.”
