Prosecutor's Office issued an instruction
to the head of the Rechytsa
District Council of Deputies Mikhail
Bayaryn on elimination of violations of the
Law “On
Applications of Citizens and Legal Entities”.
This was reported by an activist of "Tell the Truth!" Aleh
Shabetnik.
Bear in mind that the
Rechytsa activists
of the civil campaign
"Tell the Truth" appealed to the district prosecutor's
office the failure of the Rechytsa District
Council to provide them with information
about the formation of the district
budget.
“We wanted
to clarify this issue, as every resident of
Rechytsa has the right to know how the
district funds are spent”, says Aleh
Shabetnik. “I applied to the Rechytsa District Council of Deputies
thrice, including to its head, Mikhail Bayaryn, but haven't received
a substantial answer”.
The
activists hope, that the instruction received from the prosecutor's
office will speed up the process.
