On 6 December Siarhei Niarouny, the editor of the independent Krychau newspaper “Volny Horad”, was summonsed to the local tax inspection and presented a ruling according to which he was fined 350,000 rubles for presenting incorrect information in his income and assets declarations.
Several days ago Siarhei Niarouny, chief editor of the private newspaper “Volny Horad”, received another letter from the tax inspection. This time he is demanded to give explanations concerning the 4.5 million rubles he spent for his own needs during 2009 and the first half of 2010.
According to head of crime investigation department Chupryn, deputy head of Krychau administration Siarhei Marozau believes democratic activists could organize the blast in Minsk because of personal resentment. Chupryn shared that with independent candidate Herdzey.
According to Marozau, local activists Niarouny, Herdzey, and Kudrautsau could be offended by the refusal of the local authorities to permit their picket in support of Alexander Kazulin. Marozau thinks, the activists could bear malice and explode the bomb in Minsk on July 3rd.
