Slonim court turns down complain by local BPF leader
On 19 January, Slonim District Court dismissed an appeal against a decision by the town executive committee to ban a series of pickets of solidarity with Ales Bialiatski.
The investigation continues interrogating possible witnesses of the assault on a guard of an office building, which was allegedly committed by the members of the Belarusian Popular Front Party Maksim Hubarevich, Ales Kalita and Siarzhuk Semianiuk on 13 August 2011.
The criminal case against three members of the Belarusian Popular Front, Maksim Hubarevich, Ales Kalita and Siarhei Semianiuk, suspected in hooliganism (Article 339 of the Criminal Code) has been reopened. It was stated by Siarhei Semianiuk to BelaPAN.
